The actual reason for the death of T-58 is still unknown as the autopsy reports are yet to be conducted. The body of the 14-year tiger is kept in the wildlife mortuary Naka Rajbagh of Ranthambore region. Continuous monitoring and tracking of the tigers were conducted on a frequent basis to keep a trace of them.<\/p>\n<p><h3>About Tiger, T-58 of Ranthambore Forest<\/h3>\n<p>Within the Ranthambore Tiger Project region is Hindwad village where Tiger T-58 who is also known as Rocky is the son of T-26, Sharmili used to habitat. Sharmili gave birth to three male cubs including T-58, T-57 and T-56. Rocky was quite a lively soul and made many memorable and wonderful incidents inside the forest region. Tiger T-58 followed its mother\u2019s legacy and lived in the Ranthambore forest for 14 years till his death. Rocky was a rather youthful and brave adult tiger from zones 7 and 8 of the Ranthambore forest area. He has extended his dominion from Jamoda to Maha-Khoh and also several times seen in the Kundal area.<\/p>\n<p>There are presently 25 male and 29 female adult tigers in the Ranthambore National Park. The number of tigers is estimated to be 76, including 12 cubs and 10 sub-adult large cats.
